- We are a Thai accounting firm that believes in timely financial statements prepared in conformity with the Thai accounting standards and the Thai tax laws.
- Thai accounting standards and financial reporting standards are announced by Thailand Federation of Accounting Professions (FAP) and correspond with the International Accounting Standards (IAS) and the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Note that non-publicly accountable entities can choose to adopt the Thai Financial Reporting Standard for Non-Publicly Accountable Entities (NPAEs).
Monthly Services
- Post accounting transactions and prepare all related reports including the trial balance, general journal, special journal and general ledger.
- Prepare and submit value-added tax (VAT) returns (PP.30), output and input VAT reports (including value-added tax remittance returns (PP.36)).
- Prepare and submit withholding income tax returns (PND.1/2/3/53/54).
- Prepare and submit specific business tax returns (SBT.40).
- Prepare and submit social security fund forms (SPS.1-10).
Mid-Year and Annual Services
- Prepare and submit the half-year corporate income tax return (PND.51).
- Prepare and submit the annual corporate income tax return (PND.50).
- Prepare and submit withholding personal income tax returns (special) (PND.1 Kor).
- Prepare and submit the form that the Social Security Office estimates the amount of workmen’s compensation fund contributions (Kor Tor 26 Kor).
- Prepare and submit the accounts submission form for the company to fill out the total figure of the previous year’s payroll (Kor Tor 20 Kor).
- Prepare and submit the list of shareholders (Bor Or Jor.5).
- Publish in one of the local newspapers for invitation for annual shareholder’s meeting to approve the financial statements.
- Prepare the financial statements, coordinate and liaison with external auditor.
- File the audited financial statements via the Department of Business Development E-Filing system.

- Sign off Company’s Thai accounting books by our qualified (registered) accountant, as required by Thai Accounting Law.
